How it’s done
Kitchen Table Talk: We find that communicative action is the best means of stimulates neutral conversations..
A Mixed Method And Action Research: is done to get to the root cause analysis of problems surrounding a certain environment.
Graphic Facilitation: this allows all participants to enter into a rational discourse on what codes of practices should be, within an existing framework. Furthermore, participants co-create a cohesive environment as they are enabled to establish and lead a life of personal values, within an existing legal framework.
Case-study: StruMovement uses a Ghanainian symbol of the wise, known as Sankofa and its associated proverb ” Se wo were fi na wosankofa a yenkyi” which translates as: “It is not taboo to fetch what is at risk of being left behind”. StruMovement realises the importance of past experiences and our capacity to extract lessons and wisdom from them, in order to rewrite the future.
Co-Creation: Once opinions have been stimulated and general social problems have been communicated, StruMovement aims to institutionalise deliberations within the respective organisation.
